Fìkh Vræ Kintăl was founded durring the early 11th century, by Pogolis Êyêpî. The establishment of Fìkh Vræ Kintăl was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Pogolis Êyêpî electing to pay people to resettle in Fìkh Vræ Kintăl.

Fìkh Vræ Kintăl was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Vræ Kintăl is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fìkh Vræ Kintăl is buildings are speckled and packed arround restrictive packed earth streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

A look around Fìkh Vræ Kintăl shows Fìkh Vræ Kintăl as a den of corruption. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is. The town has another layer to it as well.
